How to Choose a Model:

  1. Required oil tank capacity: 688cc2.2L4.2L

  5. Number of oil pumps needed (one oil pump is required for each spray point; the number of spray points determines the number of oil pumps needed)

Explanation of Parts and Names:

  1. Float Switch: Sends a sensor signal when the lubrication oil is insufficient.
  2. MQL pump: Regulates the amount of compressed air flowing to the nozzle.
  3. Air and Lubricant Transmission Tube: Transports compressed air and lubrication oil to the spray tube simultaneously.
  4. Frequency Generator (France): Controls the piston movement speed of the oil pump.
  5. 4200ml Oil Tank (also available in 680ml and 2200ml plastic oil tanks): The tank is made of food-grade PCTG material from the USA, offering high structural strength and chemical resistance. (Also available in 6L, 10L aluminum alloy tanks).
  6. Oil Tank Ball Valve Switch (Stainless Steel).
  7. Micro-Lubrication Oil Pump Flow Adjustment Knob (Oil flow adjustment details are provided in the manual).
  8. Taiwan Qilike Automatic Drainage Pressure Regulating Filter Valve.
  9. Taiwan AIRTAC Solenoid Valve (Other brand specifications available upon request).
  10. Metal Outer Box: Made from 1.2mm SECC rust-resistant galvanized sheet.
